How We Operate
Relationship with our Customers
We are a full service provider of solar solutions. We
know our stuff and will do everything possible to deliver
the best system to meet your objectives. We always keep
your long term interests at the forefront as we optimize
the solar system design to satisfy your objectives. If
we don’t think a solar system is the best solution
for you and your setting, we’ll let you know.
From the very first contact we will try to understand
your objectives and work with you to figure out the best
plan. Most times we can figure out the general plan over
the phone and then confirm or adjust it through a site
visit. Other times, if there are long distances to travel
or potential shading issues that will require a substantial
investment of time to determine a viable solar solution,
we will ask for a minimal fee to cover expenses. This
upfront cost will apply to the final cost if an installation
results.
Many of the Government Funding Programs for renewable
energy systems require building permits, and safety inspections.
We will take care of all of the scheduling, information
gathering, and applications to see you through to a successful
conclusion. In cases where we are not allowed to represent
you, we will assist you in any way we can.
As the only Solar Company in the National Capital Region
that has survived since the 90’s, our longevity
supports our goal of sticking with the solar industry
for the long run. We intend to be here to support your
system for decades to come. We are here to make a living,

We are very happy to help everyone
that is interested in reducing their fossil fuel consumption
by switching some, or all, of their energy needs to solar.
At the same time, we need to ensure that a sustainable
relationship is in the offing. Many people come to us
for information and advice on designing and installing
their own DIY systems. There are lots of resources available
that are dedicated to helping the DIY market, but we
