Here is a photo of our guys working hard on a residential
8 400 watt solar install. It's difficult work. The panels
themselves weigh 50 lbs. each, and the steep pitch of
the roof means working with safety harnesses is a must.
It takes dedicated, well-trained inividuals to do this
kind of work. If you're afraid of heights, forget it.
The solar industry is very unique in that the only other
people that do roof work are chimney repairmen and roofers.
The difference is that they don't have a 50 pound sheet
of glass that needs to be attached to a roof and stay
there for the next 35 years.
